Me either. An additional gesture is there to prevent picking up the phone accidently let's say by taking it out of the pocket. It works pretty well, there must be a hw issue with the OPs phone.
I think WP works pretty well as a business phone, there's a strong integration with OneDrive, too, but everybody and their dog have iPhone as their work phone and Apple is not giving up yet. A colleague of mine bought Lumia 1520 after he saw mine, but at first he wasn't impressed at all. One has to learn new ways to do things and people are not patient anymore. It was different when iPhone or Android phones were at the beginning. There were enthusiasts that wanted them to succeed, now it's just jaded phone users that want everything working exactly as it was before.




He have now got himself a Nokia 105 or something like that, basic, and does what he wants, but the ring tone is better
