I suspect you're probably looking in a very small poo?l, with most TV/DVD sets been the same Vestel models? - no idea what 'SMART' features they may or may not have.

I think as Nigel's suggested, most of them are going to be Vestel and the 'Smart' features may be quite limited.

Why don't you look for the TV / DVD and ensure it's got an HDMI connector and buy a Chromecast (only £18 on Amazon) as that'll cover the Smart TV element far better.
