I couldn't stand her as a politician but I think she's always good value in the reality programmes.

Exactly this. After tonight's show I feel her stock must surely be on the rise. She was totally fearless.

I'm interested to know though how her moral compass is any more dodgy than anyone elses's, apart from the fact she is open about it. She's not the first to engage in an extra marital affair, or a kiss and tell and won't be the last either. If there is any more gossip to be had I'm all ears!

Unlikely to win the series, but otherwise agree with everything riverside 57 said. I can't see any justification for the "Edwhinger" tag - she hasn't whinged once. Disagreed with someone, yes, but that wasn't whinging.
As someone up there ^^^ said .............I'm a bit confused about the no moral compass TBH. I don't condone the fact that she had an affair whilst married with a man who was also married but ..........it happens. I don't like her politics but she has always seemed a woman who believes in and stands by her principles. I don't really view her as immoral.
I've never liked Edwina until the past few days. She reminds me if my crazy gran who would also kick ass in the jungle

Good point. Her moral compass is what it is.
Maybe it's because she's from Liverpool. People often think of that area spawning liars and spongers?
Anyway, as a person who can be objective and balanced I'd say she's making a very good job of being a camp mate.

Quite, it's not like she's falsely claiming disability benefits. That's immoral. Or being a playboy girlfriend of an old man for money, that's immoral.
This is a forum where people are rather falsely "right on" In my experience. Edwinas politics don't concur with mine but she's being honest and herself, even if she's a bit prickly and closed minded.

I'm with you and can't stand her, a lot has been said about Kendra knowing reality TV inside out, but I think Edwina is just as media savvy if not more so. Just occasionally I find myself mellowing towards her and then she will say something and I remember why I don't like her. Her affair didn't bother me, but comments she made about pensioners putting on an extra pair of long johns and other such crass remarks do bother me.
I'll accept she is good in the trials, but in my view that is not worth anything if you can't have empathy with those who do not find them as easy to cope with. I find her a very unsympathetic character.
She makes me laugh, cant stop laughing at her hair and back view of her shorts... but shes devious, always has been with that smile that never leaves her face.

Yes I think your wording does indeed confirm you don't like her so I don't see the point of asking what others think. Just a waste of time on a post if it happens to disagree with your views because I get the impression you will never alter your view regardless of any circumstances.

I feel sorry for her for having to resort to this, to earn enough money for a new facelift.
