They started what they call 'banter' with each other, but, then it got very personal, more from Jimmy, saying things like Jake has no talent, and, he can't understand why he is there, and, he liked him at first but had changed his opinion on him etc etc. it got very spiteful and personal. Jake was joining in at the beginning and 'bantering' back, but, then became a lot quieter as Jimmy carried on. Jake started it in a more jokey way but Jimmy turned, and, Jake was saying that Jimmy could give it but couldn't take it, and, Jimmy just went for the throat. At the end Jimmy was saying it was just lads banter and was laughing, but, it was quite nasty. I will add that I can't stand Jake, but, Jimmy was def the aggressor in my opinion. Hope that helps.

Jimmy set out to humiliate and embarrass Jake but came out of it looking like the worse type of bully.

It was exactly the same as something you would see in a dodgy pub. The thug is there looking for a fight and picks on someone he sees as an easy target. He then starts to bait them with "banter", in order to get a response. As soon as he gets a response, he has his excuse to batter him. That's how GBH and assault often play out, and that's what would have happened if the cameras weren't there, IMO.

you obviously missed the beginning ..because it was actualy jake that started it ..you don't think that jake might have been trying to embarrass jimmy

ITV know Jimmy was a favourite to win the show, they don't want that to happen. So they showed us a bad edit of Jimmy last night. Jake was just as aggressive to Jimmy. You've all fallen to ITV's trap.

No I didn't miss the beginning. Jake pointed out that ?Nadia had mistaken Michael for Jimmy and then laughed. There was absolutely no reason for Jimmy to take it beyond the jokey stage and lay into him. He went too far and then some.

I didn't miss the beginning of it either, Jimmy got really narked when Jake said something about mistaking him for Michael from the back, that's when the feathers started to fly and it was ALL Jimmy doing the shouting, nothing to do with an edit. Jake, reacting as he did about how easy it was to wind Jimmy up was a defensive reaction. That's when Jimmy got really nasty and shouted about " who was Jake anyway and what was he known for" or something like that.

I had the impression that Jimmy suddenly realised he'd gone too far and tried to backtrack by saying it was all 'banter' ( my arse it was !)

I thought he was funny to begin with, I've changed my opinion of him, he's a nasty piece of work.

Exactly (although I thought it was Vicki that had made the mistake?). Jimmy was way over the top with his nasty comments about Jake but I thought Jake handled it all pretty well. Jake didn't "start" anything - he just made a jokey comment that Jimmy had been mistaken for Michael.

A friend of mine used to work on the door of a club Jimmy went to quite often. He said he was a cocky, arrogant pillock and was often spoiling for a fight. This would seem to fit with his recent behaviour.

Realy take a look at the following show on ITV2 they all think the sun shine's out of his backside on there and they are backing him.....

Plan A : they wanted Gemma Collins to win it. Oops..

Plan B : they wanted Jimmy Bullard to win it. Oh no disaster....

Plan C : I expect we'll find out soon enough.

Somebody in ITV1 just needs to tell ITV2 that Plan B has been aborted

Oh gawd. Not the old 'you've all fallen for ....' b0llocks. They can't show something that didn't happen. Also, WHY wouldn't ITV want Jimmy to win? This makes no sense.

Are you a friend of Jimmy or something. I'm at a loss to understand your support for him if not?

After last night's debacle I don't think that will come as much of a shock.

Some people, usually those who are able to recognise and accept bad behaviour when it is thrust in their face, actually HAVE them would you believe.

No, I'm not supporting Jimmy, but the backlash to some truthful comments on here is laughable.

Typical, resort to name calling when you have nothing to add to the conversation.
