tv steals focus
right i have my pc setup in the living room, and a few days ago i upgraded my graphics card.
setup was 2x GT440 cards running 1x 1080p (dvi) monitor, one 1080p tv (vga) + my big tv (HDMI). i earlier upgraded to a single GTX750Ti, all screens still connected in same way. updated graphics driver downloaded at same time. the problem only started after the upgrade. basically if i am using the wee tv (middle) for my browser, and sombody turns on the big telly, my browser will shift over to the big tv (even if its on sky or xbox) and i have to switch it to the channel and move the window back. on the flip side, if i have my browser on the middle tv, and the big tv is turned on, and sombody turns it off it moves the window to the 1st screen (monitor) this is getting really really annoying and it didn't do it on the old setup. any ideas welcome

Perhaps the new graphics card is CEC capable (and the old one wasn't), so turn CEC (HDMI control) OFF on either the TV or graphics card.

Usually with multiple monitors hanging off a computer you can set one as the Primary Display which is the one it uses for the Windows desktop Might be worth looking at the Display Properties and checking which, if any, display is set to Primary and see what effect changing it has, if any
