Has Strictly Lost Some Of Its Sparkle Without The AMAZING ANTON On Saturday Night ?

For me Antons talents are wasted just seeing snippets of him leaning against the upstairs railings, the show definitely sparkles more when he is on.

They should try and give him another role now that he has been pushed out by the judges, what role would you now give Anton on the main show or on It Takes Two ?

Does anyone know if Anton will be involved on the results show tonight ?

Strictly is just as good with or without Anton. After all, the show is not all about Anton du Beke.

I won't bat an eyelid if he goes. There is better dancing talent elsewhere

I agree, it is amazing that Anton can survive for so long with the superior pro talent available. He has relied on a novelty celeb for a couple of years or so.

No. Never been keen on his dancing. His Latin is well below par.

He sticks out like a sore thumb in the group dances, wearing skinny fitting pants and trying to keep up with the other guys. Like an embarrassing dad in a trendy club!

Would be quite happy to keep the new male pros next year and let Robin take on the more mature contestants instead of Anton.

If youd been to a dance weekend with him and Erin, seen them in competition or been to their stage tours or taught by either you would know he is actually the best pro ballroom dancer/choreographer. The show is Anton, Brendan and all the established pros for me . I barely look at the so called celebs

Anton represents the pillars that support the weight of the mighty Strictly empire. Without him, the entire show crumbles to dust. To even question his value is unthinkable.

SKID, this is the second thread [EDIT the third one!!] you've retrieved from 2014. How are you finding them? As far as I can tell the search function is broken on DS.
