If I wanted something pretentious I would go with Bravura or Kudos

If I wanted something simple I might go with Team Supreme or Brilliance.

Trademarks are broken down into categories (as in what service is being provided), have to be registered in separate countries (I think I worked it out it would have cost around Euros 4K to just register one Europe-wide when I was looking back in March) and then there is a dispute and resolutions service that can place limits on what the trademark can be used in connection with. It all depends where/if their trademark is registered as well. If I register one in Spain for instance, I'm only covering myself for Spain and not the UK or France for instance.

I could fully imagine that if there are a lot of companies with the same name and they happen to stray into a certain area that is covered during tasks (creating an app for instance) then they could leave themselves open to some claims, especially if they do absolute rubbish. There's also the possibility that SA has had connections to Mercury at some point given the nature of his businesses. If there's been an objection to that name by the producers then there must have been a valid reason.
