I don't think there is any valid excuse for Jimmy's behaviour. He has blown it big time.

Jake acted maturely in the face of Jimmy's attack - he was never the arrogant meathead Jimmy thought he was. Now, as a result of the outburst, Jake is now favourite to win. Jimmy will rue the day he let his mask slip and permanently ruined his popularity with the public.

Maybe Jimmy did think he was bringing Jake back down a peg or two and honestly doesn't think Jake should be there but it's backfired terribly on him. If this is seriously the way Jimmy speaks to people in his "real" life, I'm surprised someone hasn't knocked him out before now. The bitterness on Jimmy's face was there for all to see.

This is a different show and he should be judged on that. Not everyone watches x factor. And not everyone is judging others on their past jobs or experience. In fact I don't know half of the camp mates and therefore judging them solely for their jungle experience.

Imagine the 'banter' if Jimmy had witnessed another campmate doing what he did. Nobody, wisely, took the piss out of him, though.

Yeah, Jimmy isnt exactly an A list celeb himself nor was he much of a footballer.It has probably done Jake a huge favour now though. I'm guessing he OR Fog, will win now.

Jake is a nice guy I think, his just desperate for the public to like him.

Jimmy however for me is annoying, rude, loud, and boring, he was a very good Footballer but very bad on a show like this imo.

No he didn't, he showed himself up to be a nasty bitter hasbeen actually. There was no need to speak to the guy like that, & then try to make out it was only banter.
Jake has constantly said he doesn't know why he was chosen for the jungle, he's also said numerous times he isn't a celeb.

I personally think Bullard is jealous of Jake for several reasons, he's a good looking guy (Bullard isn't), his body is in good shape (Bullard is a skinny wee runt), Jake also has youth on his side (Bullard doesn't).
I suspect Jake has more to look forward to in the future than Bullard has.

I'm no great fan of Jakes, but the way Jimmy spoke to Jake was really nasty ....IMHO
