I didn't know who either of the guys were - but having watched them now on this show it is clear that Jake is by far the most decent and nicest out of the pair of them. That Bullard lout is just a loud yob who is a coward when it comes to the trials.

Jake is a reality show contestant who was offered what to him was a ridiculous amount of money for 3 weeks work and the possibility of a 2 week holiday in a luxury hotel - of course he would take it!

He's constantly said that he doesn't think he's a celeb, and there was no need for that tosspot to have a go at Jake, for what was a producers decision! He definitely didn't need to be "put in his place" by the next biggest nonentity in there!

Actually - of the two of them, I actually knew who Jake was, but had never heard of Jimmy before this..... And I'd hazard a guess that a lot of viewers are a pretty similar demographic.... Middle aged women who watch prime time TV and couldn't give a stuff about football

It might have been cruel - but Jimmy's physique is pretty similar to Michael's - he isn't going to win a Mr Universe contest anytime soon is he? His ratty long grey hair isn't terribly attractive either.....

Ha this is a good point actually. I just had a look on itv.com to see it again, and Jimmy knows he went over the top, but it's quite surprising given the comments on here about Jake acting maturely and being subjected to bullying that he called Jimmy a stupid pr*ck, an annoying pr*ck, and a f***ing Mr Burns looking c**t.

He is a better footballer than Jake is a singer.

It seems to me that Jimmy Bullard pretty much brought Jimmy Bullard down to earth, anyone who doubted his nastiness certainly had their eyes opened, someone had better send on a sub before he gets himself sent off!

What exactly did Jimmy have to bring Jake back down to earth for? Jake has repeatedly questioned his right to be there & imo looks slightly uncomfortable to be classed as a celeb.
