Would you give that to your kids nowadays with sugar being its main selling point? The horrific thing is, many of you are. These days they are called Kellogs and Nestle cereals. Before purchasing anything, for yourself, or to give to your children, read the ingredients

If you want them to do well in school and in life, an omelette with vegtables, or, oatmeal with a teaspoon of nutella, or for slightly older, a scoop of flavoured protein.

the interesting thing about breakfast cereals is that with few exceptions they are all full of sugar, and very similar calorie counts.

Hardly any difference between coco pops, cinnamon grahams, and alpen.

Now shredded wheat. different story. No sugar. At all.

Didn't know that. Although when I do have shredded wheat I tend to lump a load of sugar on them.
