I know there have been many threads about whether it was banter or not, but I just don't think you can compare what Jimmy said with what Jake said to him about having the same body as a cartoon character. One was clearly a joke as he was using a cartoon character as the comparison, whereas what Jimmy had said about his lack of career. If Jimmy said it with a smile and a laugh then Jake would have known it was banter, but he said it with venom and that is the difference between banter and being vile to someone. I personally don't think it was bullying, it was just someone that was trying to embarrass Jake by picking on his weak spot and trying to belittle them. Would it have been banter if Jimmy had called Gemma a fat cow in an argument or would it have just been vile?

I get annoyed with people on shows like this that are rude and obnoxious to people and use the excuse of being "real" or being "honest" or just having "banter". If everyone in life was being "real" or "honest" with people all the time, then life would be a very unpleasant place.

Jimmy may consider it locker room banter, but they were not in a locker room and Jake doesn't come from that environment. He wouldn't have said those kind of things to Michael or Tinchy. He said that he knew Jimmy or Jake could take it, and with some general banter, that is fine, but those comments were very personal and aimed at something he knew he was paranoid about. A low blow. I wouldn't mind, he was hardly David Beckham himself!

Once he said that, I then read a whole different meaning to his actions in camp, camp clown or camp controller - everything revolving around when he wanted everyone to get up or have a laugh. It will take some of the fun out of camp, but hopefully other people will have a chance to shine now rather than being the Jimmy show.

So why not just post in one of the 10s of those threads rather than start a new one. This sub-forum is rather tedious having to sift through the multiple threads all about the same subject:

Jimmy bullying Jake
Kendra being fake
Mel being snappy
etc.

I almost posted something along the same lines, but since you've now done it for me...

You can tell from the title what it is about, so don't read it if you don't want to and are bored of these threads. I have posted it separately as I didn't want to make my point at the end of a 50 post thread.
