That is a Golden or Honey Gourami. They are from Asia.

The crab looks like it might be a fiddler crab (it's a bit hard to tell because of the position of the claw) but it shouldn't be kept in an aquarium like that, so maybe it's something else.

Crab is Perisesarma bidens, a brackish semi aquatic species.
In the youtube video, by whiskers I guess you mean pelvic fins, it's a golden Gourami.

O'Neill, are those crabs kept in aquariums like that? I mean where they're fully immersed all the time? (Just interested, having kept fiddlers in the past.)

Unfortunately, yeah. That species is very common in aquarist shops, and cheap, only around £3-4 each. I doubt most live very long as they are not suited at all to most people's aquariums. There is a few completely aquatic freshwater species available, much less frequently, but that isn't one of them. They need about 50/50 land and water, and brackish water. I've known people to add them to their community tank, completely unsuited.

Thanks, O'Neill I was thinking of (maybe) setting up a paludarium in the future. I have a couple of old tanks sitting around (48 gallon and 60 gallon) and was thinking of some species of crab to add a little "life". I'll do a bit more research; I hate the thought of any creatures just being dumped in totally unsuitable habitats

If you plan on stocking with fish do a lot of research, some crabs will not be compatible.

I'd agree with Golden Gourami (99% certain) and nearly as sure it's not a Honey Gourami- which are quite different as regards looks , size and even temperament . Unless youre in a different country than UK and they're called that in yours , of course .
