Don't use it very often, but just checked to see if I could find it.
Searched for Darlene Love then clicked her name under 'Top Result' and All Alone On Christmas was number 7 on the list.

Found it the old fashioned way. Simply walked into my dining room, looked through my collection of cd singles and BINGO, there it was. Sorry op that probably doesn't help, but WHAT a song

At the bottom of the list of 5, it should say SHOW 5 MORE, click on that and No.7 should appear.

Maybe you've got a different version of Spotify or using it on a different platform than me, I'm using it on a laptop with windows 8.1.
Try typing All Alone On Christmas into the search box and see if that works.
Ive got it on the phone could i log on on my laptop download it then would it be om my playlist on the phone?

The only one I can find is the concert version. I suspect this is because Spotify does not have the rights for the version you are after. This is from their website:
