Ian McLagen and Bobby a Keys within a couple of days. A rough week for Stones collaborators and a sad one for fans.

So sad.. The Small Faces were an influence on me and so many other people and so many bands. The same can be said for The Faces.

Really sad. Poor Kenney Jones is now the last of the iconic line up left

Very sad news. I remember he married Keith Moons first wife, and she died in a road accident a few years ago.

RIP Ian. Still have Rod and Ronnie Wood from the later Faces incarnation though. Time to give Long Player a spin which for me sorta spans the transition with Ronnie Lane opening Maybe I'm Amazed then Rod taking over lead vocal duties.

Sad news. Ian McLagan together with the other Faces featured on Rod Stewart's second and finest album, Every Picture Tells A Story, (1971), which was his breakthrough LP, and he soon became a household name. Still one of my all-time favourite rock albums.

Condolences to IM's family..
