How lovely it was to see Michael on IMACGMOH last night. He spoke clearly and was articulate. Not a single "you know" or "Oh my God".A pity someone as nice as him could not win.

Perhaps there is a lot to be said for the fact that somebody as nice as him, and somebody as articulate as him... didn't really want to win.

Lovely fella but jeez his munching of those cashews on the exit interview drove me mad. Very rude to eat while being interviewed. Double standards. He wouldnt have stood for that in his 999 days.
The best bit was when the camera cut to ant and dec for the next link and you could still see his scrawny hand in the bottom right of the frame tucking into the bag.

He's brilliant. I'm honestly surprised he went out so soon tbh

He was dull most of the time, his mild jibes and observations only seemed interesting by comparison to his normally dour demeanor.

He had some of the best moments of this series. Was sorry to see him out too soon. I liked the way he coped easily with being on ' Get Me Out Of Here', the ITV2 programme. He's very quick witted which might not be generally popular but it was a treat, compared to the usual dross on there.

I thought he was a tedious, pompous ass.

Nutgate Hilarious that one of the most offensive things some have noticed about campmates is Michael eating some cashew nuts.

I really enjoyed Michael. He was quick-witted and honest about his expectations and how he was proved wrong. I laughed out loud at that last shot of his interview and his hand reaching out for more nuts. It was really funny. Bloody hell, he was being interviewed after 3weeks in the jungle, it wasn't Newsnight!!

I also think he was rather dull. His rapping was like someone like Prince Charles rapping. The only reason it's supposedly funny is because of his posh voice.

I didn't find him dull. He was very dry, quick witted & went out too quickly.

I really like Michael's voice. It's low in pitch and I could listen to it for ages. That's just a personal preference though. Not keen on the sound of high pitched, voices - including in music.
What a shambles

There will never be a place in the general public's hearts for the likes of Michael Burke and Steve Davis.

He's an arrogant, pompous prattt. He just had to keep telling everyone that he and Tinchy were world's apart, that he was sure he'd hate everyone, lowly vermin, and he sat bitching with his fancy woman, Vicky. He fancied all the women, pretending he was 'fascinated' by Kendra (yeah,rrrright!)- and generally got right on my nerves. I can see the headline of his own article 'Posh man lets his hair down in the jungle'. Pah! Gentleman my foot. He's a journalist!

You don't know anything about his work ? I mean as a journalist who risked his life many times to send news of injustices and famine. He was imprisoned in South Africa for reporting about apartheid.
He hasn't ever behaved as " a posh man". as opposed to being compassionate and treating everyone equally. He might sound, posh but prejudice is never attractive and he's, never been guilty of that.
By the way, I'm Welsh, not 'posh'.
