Don't think either Pixie or Jake will be winning Strictly this year

From the reduced number of dates / venues it looks like the show itself might be declining in popularity. This wouldn't surprise me because so many of the pros are now touring with much better shows for those who are more interested in dancing than watching their favourite celeb(s) perform.”

There's probably a lot of truth in that. Brendan's show in particular is well worth seeing, I have not see Anton and Erins nor Vincent/Flavia, so cannot comment.

Not forgetting Pasha and Anya who will be seeing a lot of the UK next year:

The font size used for Anja's name tells you all you need to know about how important a vehicle Strictly is for a dancer's career.

I went for several years running - missed last year as they jacked the prices up.

Now looks unlikely they will have the series winner, with Jake busy on EE, unless Pixie signs up PDQ.

Most likely series winner is Pixie or Frankie, but we have no idea how big Jake's vote is.

Caroline not dancing with her series Pro is a big blow.

I missed seeing Trent's name on the pro list. That cheers me up a bit hopefully he'll be doing some dancing.

Craig has had Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe working with him on the tour in previous years doing choreography so I wonder if Trent is taking on that role this time doing choreo for the pro and pro/celeb routines. Just a thought. Then the icing on the cake would be Pixie making a surprise appearance at the O2 and doing a dance with Trent!!!

Well, I won't be going - Mark Wright is enough to put me off.

Far too expensive too - I can go to see a West End Show for £80.

I've not paid £80! I would not pay that much for anything not even a West End show!!!

Strewth, I've never paid more than £25 for a West End show! And the last one was Top Hat last year which was worth every last penny and more...stuffed full of the dancing and glamour which Strictly no longer has. If it's near you on tour at the moment, it's a must see.

I did go and see the tour with Austin and Ramps but although I did enjoy them and the show overall, it's way way too scripted for me and I felt no urge to go back and see other editions.

I wonder why Len and Bruno aren't doing it and why oh why did they chose Tom Chambers of all people?

Don't mind Camilla though.

It won't be the same without Len and Bruno.
