Unlocking a T Mobile phone
Renewed the wife's contract last week and in the process changed to EE. I now wish to unlock the old phone and pass it on.
T Mobile can't do it because I no longer have an account with them?? Does anyone know the best way to go about it or is a back street shop the easiest? The phone is an Xperia J, over two years old. |

Ask them to raise the unlocking action against the EE account, explaining it's the handset that was on T-Mobile previously. That's all the info they need and they will unlock the handset.
