Thank you. Someone gets it.

Rap/grime/urban music fans probably aren't watching and voting in the same numbers as the Loose Women Crowd (Mel) their husbands/lads in general (Foggy) the older/posher crowd (Edwina) and the x-factor crowd (Jake)

OP didn't mentioned race

No, you have seen something you thought was there which I never said! 😃 culture and race are two separate things.

Well,this is ITV.

Jake is tailor made for some more quality drama produced exclusively for ITV 2/3/4 or whatever they call it these days.

He will follow previous upstanding members of the luvvie I'm a celebrity winners including

Biggins
Pasquele
Katona
Swash

Ok magazine are already sharpening their pencils for forthcoming features on the new boy to the celebrity circuit.

i thought he was alright in there. very neutral and kept himself to himself. unfortunately those types will never win these shows. i was surprised he finished below edwina though. jake is obviously tying to hard but he's ok. edwina is child like and quite annoying.

Michael said "Tinchy and I come from completely different cultures". Do some of you think he meant "he's black and I'm white?" Of course not! Give me strength!

I would be gutted if I was him, a well known music star is kicked out ,who has been there from the beginning, And a desperado who hardly anybody knows, who couldn't even last more than a couple of weeks on the not so X Factor,as he couldn't sing.is still in there. Mind you we have all the magazine and relationship breakups to look out for after he wins ,just like Chantelle of big brother. Now that's something to look forward to. Not.

Think a Friday night double eviction was trouble for him. Lots of his fan base will be out on Friday nights and he wasn't shown that much in the first half of tonight's show.

My favourite though. Genuine, classy, respectful, polite. Wasn't desperate for the attention like Jake and wasn't snappy like Mel. Think it speaks volumes that he was Michael Buerk's favourite camp mate.

It's a shame so many took the piss out of him when he first went in and judged him, I think he's changed perceptions of him for many though.

The fact that more of the public would rather vote for Mel and Jake I find worrying to say the least, but ho hum

I liked the way he stayed out of the sex talk. Very respectful of his partners and himself. Another cultural difference and it does him credit (IMO) but doubtless cost him votes.

He quite probably is.
But unfortunately the show didn't reflect that in the edit. Probably due to the nature of the show and what it's likely to focus on. He only started featuring more in the edits over the last few days. Which was probably too little too late.
I am disappointed that Tinchy is out before Mel. As I think he was a more positive person and just more likeable.

Tinchy was a revelation for me. I thought he'd be boring but thankfully he had time to shine after the most noisy, empty vessel left the camp. To me - he was one of the few in there that you could imagine actually enjoying the company of without him getting on your nerves.

Tinchy can go out with his head held high. He has maintained his dignity throughout and has not disgraced himself in any way. HIs family can rightly be proud.

More entertaining, and very obviously THERE.

Tinchy seems like a nice lad, but that's about it. I really dislike your pathetic attempt to make this a 'cultural' issue.

Not to mention a controlling freak of a cook........... or did that slip your mind ?

I think Tinchy's been lovely throughout. Sweet and straight-forward and funny, when we got to see him. Not at all what I expected and I think he can be tremendously proud of how he's handled the whole thing. His friendship with Michael is one of the few friendships this year I've believed was real. I'm sad he didn't outlast Edwina and Jake, but I didn't vote so I can't complain.

Yes, I'd agree with that.

I'm a little bit in love with Tinchy.
I don't see how anyone could have done better.
He was just 'nice' personified. As far as I could see he maintained self respect without ever trying to undermine another.
He was just lovely.

True, OK magazine could do nothing with Tinchy.

Gutted Tinchy has gone; he was by far the nicest, most calm and classiest of the campmates - more evidence of this tonight when he hardly had any time on his phone call so everyone else could have a go, but ended up with the least amount of time on the phone of those who took the calls
Whatever the outcome, he's the winner for me this year.

Tinchy was my favourite campmate. I am gutted that he has gone, he and Nadia are people that I wouldn't mind spending time with in real life. Just genuinely nice, considerate people.

He did very well in the voting considering we wouldn't have even seen him in Thursdays episode had he not done the trial.

Why Jake got to do 2 Dingo Dollar Challenges in a row reeks of desperation from the producers though.

Why is it "pathetic"? You need to calm down. It was an honest question as to whether Tinchy's cultural background was too alien for a large section of voters. This isn't Twitter.

There's the rub - those words 'in the edit'. We are at the mercy of those sitting deciding what is 'fun telly'.

I would have liked Tinchy to have won.
