It would need the phoneline voting to be altered but maybe each contestant should be made to do their own trial for their own meal each day

That's another thing - you don't drop big names (which she is for a show like this - one of the biggest you'll get since we'll never have the likes of David Beckham or Brad Pitt). Gemma's been on our screens for years and most people will have either heard of her name or know her face; dropping her for someone completely unknown was a ridiculous decision.”

That is slightly bizarre. I'm not sure why they decided to do that switch unless they thought Nadia would look better in the shower.

I don't mind the contact from home as long it's left until near the end; the phone call task last night was fine but the Jungle Pool and letters on top of that was ridiculous.

I agree that the contestant who's voted to do a trial should be immune the next day.

No messages from home, its only a few days after all.

Cooking is shared on a rota system regardless of how good a cook they are, everyone is given a chance.

Trials have become too sophisticated, there is no need for this, keep things simple.

Cut down on the over use of animals/critters/bugs there is too much trampling going on,plenty of scary things without the use of animals.

Celebrities must be those that have been around for a certain number of years,no ego orientated X-Factor wannabees or those not prepared to climb the celebrity ladder the hard way.

Too much time in the jungle not doing anything sitting around, fill their days with activities jungle art classes, workouts, building things and keeping busy, show the viewers what they have been doing in between trials, there is too much boredom going on.

No availability of things like cigarettes or luxury items which appear to be on the increase.

Points awarded for whinging and whining, reach a certain number and its over the bridge and out !
Ditto for expletives which are not acceptable.

More surprise tasks in store for those in the jungle, add variety with no expectations.

Come on producers get around the desk and sort this out for next year, the current format is flogged to death and needs re-vitalising there is so much scope for new ideas.”

I agree with you especially about the luxury items. I remember when folk who were in there were going mad for a ciggy. This year it seems that there was lots of luxury with swimming pools, lots of alcoholic drinks and far too many messages and visits and chats with families. I agree about expletives, sure these people can speak without breaking into 4 letter words every second. Don't change Ant and Dec though.

I know he didn't, hence why I said "2nd in CBB"

I don't think it's too odd. As you said, maybe because of the thought that she would look "better in a shower scene", but the most obvious reason would be...

She would have cost less to appear than Gemma M... and there was already a Gemma in the lineup, so bringing in Nadia over Gemma makes sense.

Yes but at least some of those came close to winning their respective reality shows. Jake this time went out week on didn't he? I mean - I'd have had no objection to that Brazilian fella a few years back (the one who pronounced Love as Loaf) at least he ended up in the last five or six of XF). I mean - give some of us a starting chance of vaguely knowing them.

I do understand them going for reality stars though they must be as cheap as chips - and pretty soggy chips at that made from poor quality potatoes!

He went in Week 3. But to be fair, he is doing well on here, so even if he's out tonight, he did much better here than on X Factor, so for someone who didn't get far in the lives, to get this far on IAC, I am pretty sure they will keep putting in these contestants.

THere's a big unanswered question over Gemma the Towie girl. She appears to have had a full programme of pre-arranged media work during the period IAC was filming, then felt forced to walk out after a couple of days. Whatever they paid her, even if it was 5p and a packet of tic-tacs, I think they got poor value for money from her.

They could use some of the follow up show to show more unedited footage of the camp.
Not showing unedited footage has made it all seem less immediate and we get less of the atmosphere plus seeing what people are like when they're together but are performing, less. We has no idea who did tasks in camp, this year apart from eg seeing Michael carrying logs and Mel cooking. The jungle and the camp seemed to be being treated as less relevant, this year. When that happens it becomes a bit Big Brother.

Rob Beckett and Joe Swash should go. They're beyond awful. How on earth Rob Beckett got that job is mystifying.

Introduce the campmates with a brief bio, - or ask them, to do it, at the start. - in the camp. It would be interesting for viewers to know who they are and what they've done without having to google them.

Please would producers not pick who they, think should win and then give them more screen time. Let viewers, decide.

Immunity from doing a trial, for a a day after having done one.

Splitting the camp at the start, wasn't a good idea.. It seemed too negative and cruel as a start to the series. Whoever is in charge seemed to go for what they thought would look good rather than being aware of how to draw viewers in and make them relate to everyone and the camp. It was predictable that rightly, the other campmates would get the other ones out so why bother to drag everyone through it.

Overall, watching this series often felt as if it was dominated too much by producers and on the follow up show, by the presenters. It's not about you, guys. Obviously, lots of people working on the show do a great job but there are some, who need to step back a bit and let the show dominate rather than be dominating the show.

It's understandable that some control is essential but when that goes too far, things get too predictable.
