I either watch it on iplayer and forward through all the VT's, yapping, and most of the judges comments. Or whilst watching it live, I mute all the bits I don't want to see and get on with other stuff. I literally just watch the dances and the scores. So I rarely see more than 5 minutes at a time and I totally recommend it. I can think for myself and don't need 'judges comments'. The rest bores me to tears or makes me cringe.
Strictly is SO much better watching it my way, and you'll be surprised how little dance content there actually is.
I simply cannot stomach endless minutes of VT's, comments, analysis yadda yadda yadda.
