  • I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!
The dullest I'm a Celebrity yet.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of the show but does anyone else think this was the most boring season yet? It's seems to be the same ole challenges which btw I think they are making easier every year and the 'celebrities' they had on this year, I didn't recognize any, except for one. I think the show is starting to go down hill every year.

Yes, a poor line-up. Would have been better if Craig Charles and Gemma Collins had stayed.

Also would've been better if they didn't split the camp. It's bad enough that they go in as two groups, then to split them again was annoying. And we wouldn't have lost the most entertaining camp mate.

The trials are always dull when people just breeze through them (foggy, Jake,Edwina, Mel, Tinchy) or don't hardly do them atall (kendra, though she improved) it's seemed like this year most of them in there forgot to entertain. It's was so dull, then we end up with a nice but dull winner.

Terrible series. Dull celebs, the same old dull trials.

Even Ant and Decs banter seemed tired.

Must try harder for the next series.

We should have had new campmates after the two sudden early departures. That affected the dynamics of the show. ITV looked everywhere for another two but they could'nt find anyone willing to come off benefits..

I'm not sure the two camps idea has ever worked that well. It usually just confuses things, stops the natural hierarchy developing among the group and often results in some task that hands immunity to the ones you'd most like to see go early. It might be better if they revert to how the show was in the early days and stop meddling so much. Then it was much more about personalities.

Yes. It used to be interesting seeing what well known people were like when not performing all the time. Now, we see them performing almost all the time. The show is micro managed and it doesn't work as well. It becomes predictable because the producers are too much in control of what we see.

It was a dull, Edwina made the series imo

It was average. The trials were really poor though and they got too many easy trials. I seem to remember 2011 being really boring.

The whole series was terrible.. I am a huge Carl Fogarty fan but the same tired old format wit Ant & Dec reeling out the same old tired jokes time to let this show dissapear
I gave it the elbow about 1 week from the end as I just found it all very boring

cant see me watching it ever again

Very dull and the final group task (the water cannon slide thingy) which normally provides some good laughs seemed to have all the air sucked out of it'. I think the show contestants became too competitive, not to win the jungle crown, but to be the best - and that's just a totally different programme.

FFS, how many of these threads do we need? Does nobody ever bother to look at the forum before posting yet another new thread on a subject that's already been done to death?

Nothing at all to do with your post or even the thread.

But I am curious with your name........ are you a Dubliners fan by any chance ?

Great show by ITV standards . Ant and Dec paid handsomely for their standards . Which are miserably low

Yes it does seem to be getting worse each year, the celebs they had on this year weren't the best. For me the trials make the show and whereas in the earlier years of the show they were new and interesting they just seem boring and uninteresting these days, I also think the quality of the trials aren't as good as they used to be and seem far to easy in general as you have pointed out.
