I didn't read the article. I just followed the link expecting that the items were being 'auctioned off now' as Everything Goes stated.

Look I was just pointing out that the claim that the stock was being auctioned off now appeared to be incorrect. If you want someone to have a go at try the thread starter.

the next auction starts again on friday.
the OP gave all the relevant information - you chose not to read it and then jumped to the wrong conclusion.

No he didn't. He posted at 14:37 this afternoon that the stock was being auctioned off "now". Tell me oh very smart one, what does "now" mean?

One last time as you are obviously hard of understanding. He said NOW. That means it should be happening at this point in time. I don't want to read the link. I was only interested in something that I thought was happening NOW. It was not happening now, but had happened some time in the past, That is why I posted my original comment, to warn others that the stock was not being auctioned NOW.

In fairness, it says now, which means, well - now..

in fairness, the point i was making was that if said person had actually read ALL the details then they would have clearly seen there are multiple auctions happening within a set period of time.

technically the auctions are happening now, one just ended, one just about to start.
if it had said "now!" then i would have taken to mean immediately (not the exclamation mark).
as it only said "now" i take it to mean the present (ie "i'm working here now").

of course, if said poster had read ALL the details in the original post then they wouldn't have posted their reply thus wouldn't have required me to said "read ALL the details".

Like Chenks said Auctions are on going as stated in the link on Engadget keep looking back at the sight. The thread is in danger of turning into a Calico Pie type thread
