Yes, it's great. Gutted that Roisin didn't make it. Have transferred my allegiance to Bianca.

I feel they could have tweaked roisins plan if they wanted to. They did that for tom. I'm not supporting Mark.

But in Tom's series there wasn't a viable alternative, other than Susan who was too inexperienced at that time, and went into business with Lord Sugar later. I doubt Tom would have won if there had been a really strong alternative business plan. That's why he looks at them in advance now, I think.

Roisin's plan needed more than tweeking - it would require a vast investment of cash (far more than 250k). The product itself had a very niche market and by all accounts the main ingredient is just awful,

If you use recruitment agency they have to see you in person to make sure you are who they say you are.
This was a change in the law aimed at the more unskilled end of the jobs market to combat illegal immigration, but it also applies to specialist recruiters like Ricky.
Therefore Ricky and his staff have to interview every candidate they sign up.

He will therefore have done hundreds.

Suitably qualified in my book, but maybe not as good telly.

I didn't see the series he was on, so have no idea what he was like as a candidate.

However after watching him, I found him rather boring. He was in a great place to rip Mark's SEO plan to shreds, and all he did was a cold call which didn't serve a purpose as as soon as it ended it barely even was touched upon again. Other than that I don't really remember anything he said to the other candidates, I can remember each other interviewer and what they said though.

So yeah, in my opinion...boring and didn't really interview as well as he could have considering it's part of his job.
