Clara's up there... though she's more pretty than 'sexy'. Still, she's in my eyes the prettiest companion The Doctor has had.

Amy (and Amy's legs almsot count as a seperate entity!) although as a character the appeal is only skin-deep. Personality-wise she's definitely less attractive.

Rory wasn't too bad I guess. Although he looked better with the dyed hair we saw in Lets Kill Hitler and The Wedding of River Song.

Can River count? I'd count River as quite sexy although my friends think that's a little odd...given the age gap between me and her

Nicola Bryant (Peri) is probably the most prettiest and sexiest companion The Doctor has ever had IMO. Even now in her 50s she still looks good for her age and very beautiful.

I also think Mary Tamm (Romana I) was extremely sexy and pretty followed by Katy Manning (Jo Grant). I like Karen Gillan's legs in those sheer tights.
