1) Roisin
I don't think she'll win for one reason or another, but she's the strongest one remaining.
2) Bianca
Up till a few weeks ago she wouldn't be doing so well, but after New York, Bianca has been quietly progressing
3) Mark
He's a strong candidate, but he seems too sneaky and manipulative. Think the interviewers will dislike his "£1m in Year One" claim.
4) Solomon
Took a nosedive after he won as PM. Has been in the background, not doing very much.
5) Daniel
Could you imagine the uproar if he won?

1. Roisin - easily the best candidate left, however she will probably be rejected on the basis of her business plan (under the old format she would be the most obvious winner)
2. Bianca - made a few big mistakes in the middle of the series, but has slightly redeemed herself in the last few weeks.
3. Mark - a very good salesmanager, but too much of a gameplayer and poor under pressure (as the latest episode proved).
4. Solomon - Had a good start, was my no.2 for a long time, but is only contribution in recent episodes is behaving like a frat boy (with James, Mark, Daniel).
5. Daniel - Very good of him to make it this far

Based on the editing I think it will be between Solomon and Bianca, think the Roisin excellence and Mark vs. Daniel feud have both been a smokescreen for the episode ahead.

Here is my ranking and analysis of the Top 5:

1) Roisin - She has overall been the strongest candidate in the process and has performed consistently well in the tasks given. She seems to have most of the skills that Lord Sugar is looking for. I think she is the most likely to be in the final 2, the only thing that could mess it up for her is her business plan (i am not if lord sugar would like her plan).

2) Mark - Mark is the contestant i least like but he has that ruthless/shrewd approach which Lord sugar likes and overall he has been strong in selling and in other areas of the various tasks given minus the last one. I think he could also possibly make the final 2 depending on how he performs in the interview round

3) Bianca - Bianca early on in the process i felt was more quiet and didn't contribute much, i thought she was heading for an early exit particularly when she messed up on the coach and the board game tasks. But as of lately she seems to have upped her game and is demonstrating some initiative on the tasks. She or Mark i think could possibly join Roisin in the final 2.

4) Solomon - I liked Solomon particularly in the week he was PM, he managed the team very well and he has demonstrated some common sense throughout the process. Whenever he has given some assistance or input into the tasks it seems to benefit his team. My main concern is his age/ inexperience and the fact that he has largely faded in the background and is probably not high on Lord Sugar's radar either. He also lacks that ruthlessness and hunger to win which Lord Sugar likes to see in candidates. He is the dark horse of the competition and i wouldn't count him out quite yet but that depends entirely on his business plan (remember Thomas Pellereau LOL)

5) Daniel - He seems to be the least likely of making the finals not only based on his track record but also because he has this habit of rubbing up people the wrong way and also talking a big game but mostly failing to back it up. I can see him being ripped to pieces by some of the interviewers as they dissect his CV and his BP. However he seems very determined and he has improved over the past couple of weeks so you never know LOL.

Given her edit Roisin has no chance of winning.

1 - Solomon. His BP will be something in the tech sector. This is fairly low risk as you don't need much investment in property and equipment

2 - Mark. Again a tech sector BP. Is it a bit limited though?

3 - Roisin. Will make third purely on her task performance. Her BP is a ready meal product, surely that market is saturated enough as it is?

4 - Bianca - Not sure what he BP is but the mistakes on tasks will bite her on the bum.

5 - Daniel - First fired regardless.

Mark - easily the best candidate left in the process
Bianca - early edits not favourable to her, but a very compotent lady
Daniel - must have a good business plan, or there to make good TV otherwise should have been fired weeks ago!
Roisin - middle of the road, edits have been kind to her
Solomon - nothing to offer

1) Roisin - She has excelled in almost every task.
2) Bianca - I like her management style. She is very logical. She's shown small amounts of creativity, but has excelled further in pitching and her negotiations.
3) Mark - Great salesman and manager and negotiator, but hasn't really shown much strategy.
4) Daniel - Another great salesman and good PM but not much else there.
5) Solomon - He is a PM-dodger. He may be quite good at sales but apart from that, we've seen very little.

Depends if you judge on show performances- or on proving they can do what they do, and/or do what they are offering.

On the show tasks
Roisin
BIanca
Mark
Solomon
Daniel.

on the proposal related second criteria and the final 5 comments. .
Bianca - Really showed she can do what she says she can. But whats her proposal?
Solomon - tech whiz kid with creativity. Is the proposal good or naive?
Roisin. - good all rounder, but project and background in it may matter.
Mark/Daniel - what they can't do has been shown- we have little insight into their proposals.they both score on obvious desire - but should they?

Go with the first list - but its the second list and the unknowns in it that will matter.

And the voting is now officially closed!

I was hoping this game may be a bit more active than it was, but enough people took part to make it worthwhile. Unless I have got my maths wrong (which is entirely possible) the votes look like this:

Roisin - 83
Mark - 57
Bianca - 56
Solomon - 39
Daniel - 34

So - will be interesting to see how this matches up to what happens.
