I'm now watching this show just to watch how many times Sugar ignores that Solomon is actually a contestant on the show.

It's astounding really, but now highly amusing.

I agree - it defies logic - and not just Sugar - it seems the two "watchers" do so also.

Possibly it's because he quietly gets on with things and so makes little impression either way. He doesn't really instigate stuff. It was a bit of a shock this week when he insisted he couldn't do the dessert creation.

Why doesn't Sugar pick him up on hiding in the background, staying quiet and only being PM once?

Because he himself hasn't directly ever contributed to the failure of any task so why should he be picked on??????, plus whenever he is given a task or gives his input it usually benefits the team. He seems to have common sense and is likeable and works well as a team player too.

He's a good team player perhaps but hasn't proven himself as a leader or manager. Who knows if he can lead a business to success?

To be fair, he led the team to victory by making a hugely decisive decision to take the blogger with the most hits.

Has to be due to the fact he is like a mouse in the boardroom that Alan forgets he is even there.
