Mark Wright the most improved of all

I would be happy for anyone but Mark to win.

I don't think he's been on quite the 'journey' that the judges say he has - at the end of the day if I can't take to the personality, their dancing is going to make very little difference to me - as others have said he comes across as disingenuous and I don't like the way he's been hyped by the producers.

Nowhere in that article is she quoted that she's 'backing him to win' - as I said it's just the headline that implies she has. Not even in that video link does she mention that she wants Mark to win. The article seems to have quoted her and sounds like the comment she made on ITT earlier this week where she just said she thought he was the 'most improved' but from what I recall she went on to say she couldn't pick a winner. As I said I just think it's a load of PR fluff from Mark's PR.”

Perhaps you should take a course in reading with Sylvia What does the heading say

"JUDY MURRAY BACKING MR WRIGHT"

Seeing as I am a dancer I do care about the dancing and it is a dancing show.

And perhaps you need to take a course in manners especially forum etiquette!

As I said twice before that is the headline......nowhere is she quoted as saying she's backing him to win - if you can find me a genuine quote from a credible source then it might have more credence.

I hope you slide across the dance floor with more grace than you're showing on here.

We get it, you like Mark. But there are many other FMs that don't and have explained why. As Topaz has said, if someone has a personality that is off putting they could be a potential champion but folk will still dislike them. Mark absolutely falls into that category for many, including me but I think you know that..

I am not hating on anybody that you like and you talk about manners. That is absolutely not on.

I wouldn't be happy if Mark were to win either. I dislike RTV celebs anyway but he is just a smarmy git and a big dirty liar when it suits him I am not too keen on Caroline either but would prefer her anyday to Mark.

I'm not sure whether that's aimed at me but I don't fully understand the relevance of the point you're making.

I like Caroline, Diss her as much as you like but please explain why if you do

What is "not on" is for you to say that FMs must SAY NOTHING unless it is positive. GLWTP

When I see threads like this, it makes me want to throw all my freebie votes at Mark.

Please do, can you imagine the uproar in here on Sunday night if he gets through to the finals?
The Mark haters will need to seek Counselling.

It's possible to dislike someone, explain why, and be grown up about it while others childishly and mischievously lump on a few votes out of spite. What do you think Walter?

You virtually implied that I didn't know how to read! In my book that is very rude and ill mannered. As explained to you before whether you like it or not FMs are allowed to give their opinions on Mark be they positive or negative. If you're unhappy with anything posted then I think it would be better to take it up with a moderator rather than taking a pop at FMs.

You may not be critical of any of the other celebs but that I've seen some Mark fans being quite scathing about celebs they don't like yet they're quick to pounce on anyone who's critical of Mark - that's just double standards!

As for whether Mark will make it through to the finals - yeah he's got a chance, I'll be disappointed for sure but it won't be the end of the world, even if he wins the damn thing - the whole show lost credibility for me last year anyway with the way it was orchestrated so I can't talk it seriously as a fairly run 'reality contest' anyway.
Serenity.

Audrey and Walter Neff - what is all this talk of haters? Have I stumbled into the X Factor or Big Brother forum by mistake? I'd expect a load of teenagers to talk this way, not mature women.

I don't like Mark, and I don't want him to win. I don't like his wide-eyed, humble act, and this would be my opinion whether he was a novice or a semi-pro. That doesn't mean I HATE him. I think he is a good dancer, but unfortunately his personality makes it impossible for me to support him. There are more likeable contestants who are equally as good dancers, and in some cases better.

As far as improvement goes, I think Simon has improved the most.

I have read the article and agree with topaz and others that only the headline says she is backing him to win, like the ITT interview this week she does think he is most improved but on ITT both Judy and Tim said they could not pick a winner as they are all friends - read into it what you like but apart from the Daily Mail's headline nowhere in that interview does Judy say she is backing him to win

Like other have said IMHO I think Simon is the most improved of them all

Okay, so apparently Mark has not been disingenuous about any prior dance training according to the Daily Mail, that last bastion of truth. Good, glad we cleared that up. I'll refrain from using this as a reason not to vote for him then.

I'll still use the reasons - he's a big, old wuss, he irritates the t*ts off me and I don't think his dancing's all that though if I may.

Speaking for myself, I have voted for Mark from week one, I did the same last year with Natalie, who even though a great dancer seemed to generate as much, or even more dislike than Mark.

After witnessing the hysteria in here after Pixie was booted out I must admit that it would be hilarious to see the teeth knashing and tearing of hair if Mark does get through, and if that is mischievous of me, then it will be no worse than the gloating that will go on if he does leave this weekend.

One thing I can promise, if he does go I won't be ranting and raving and insisting that Len should be sacked like certain posters in here this week.

Oh my goodness me, do I gather that you think you have manners as long as you are not " hating on " anyone that someone likes, there is a lot more to manners than that.

Something you, Mark and Karen also Kevin need to know.

Treating people with respect is important to showing you have manners, Mark does not that the general public or his fellow contestants.

Would you care to elaborate on that last remark, because it doesn't make any sense.

It make perfect sense

The general public , he crys, weeps, smiles , with no emotion at all, can invent dance moves that take years to learn and his oh so umble act is as transparent as rice paper.

The way that Mark, Karen and Kevin celebrate being safe is quite frankly boorish whilst others are in danger, no manners no class. There is celebrating and there is rubbing others noses in it and the 3 of them do this.

That is in your cynical opinion, you conveniently overlook the fact that the celebrities having been showing the same emotion in the results show since the very beginning of the series.

I am surprised that you didn't point out the fact that Simon threw himself on the floor when he survived the D.O. on Sunday. I could certainly understand it, but I would have thought that you would have considered him lacking "manners and class".

I would be happy for anyone to win except Simon - mainly because of Kristina

May I please ask why you dislike Kristina? Your dislike of her is coming across quite strongly.

No it's not cynical, I would say it is realsistic.

I would suggest you look at seasons past to see how others celebrated being safe then look at Karen Mark and Kevin. The rot set in with Karen, then Kevin last year and this year Mark is as bad as them

As for Simon. I sort of thought that was over dramatic too though not I think bad mannered , I think he was shocked by Lens decision.
