Very sorry to hear Ola has been injured and wish her a speedy recovery. As to the severity of her injuries, we should perhaps wait and see?
I remember a few years ago an actor had an accident on his way to work. According to the papers he was in hospital "fighting for his life with a severe head injury" - truth was he was kept in hospital overnight with a mild concussion! As said many times before, the papers never let the truth get in the way of a good story. So let's hope it is the same with Ola.
Her deciding to do The Jump is - in my opinion - quite crazy. Not just Ola, but anyone doing that show has to be a bit crazy. Awful show; it should be banned - but again that's just my opinion.
Dancers (and others) going skiing, horse riding, or whatever, is another matter. Accidents do happen of course, but providing people know their limitations, serious ones are relatively few. And such people can't be expected to live their lives wrapped in cotton wool.
