Ignore Betfair, not enough money in the market to make it worthwhile. There is definite closing in of the odds though.

Doesnt mean that Fleur hasnt been pimped though. Producers obviously wanted her in the Final and she could still win.

Fleur won't win, I have thought for a while Ben would, he is the typical boring male winner, he has the house wife vote, gran vote, young women and teenie girls vote.

Ben is your typical XF winnah and I can see him raking in votes from the programme's main demographic. Shame about Fleur but it's probably for the best if she doesn't win anyway...

Well the people who vote and the people who buy songs are very different, hence the success of the likes of JLS, 1D etc who didn't win the show

Those that vote don't equate to those that buy. Ben could get through on the granny vote.
Both are great talents. But Fleur is the breakout I think. She doesn't need to win to be a success.
Daily Star is ALWAYS accurate with its voting leaks, hence the huge swing in the odds.
I'd be more surprised if they were wrong to be honest.
That gap is huge, especially after Fleur's performances.

Nah someone supposedly placed a similar sized bet on Quickenden to win the jungle. If he really did have inside info he wouldn't have done it because the voting stats showed he was never gone overhaul Foggy.
These bets try to give a false confidence that something is a definite because no one would risk that much money if they weren't sure of the outcome. But then people blow large amounts on footie accums these days so anything is possible.
As for the leak its from a paper with a history of CORRECT X Factor leaks, I'd definitely believe the gist of it even if the figures aren't entirely spot on which is Bens been the front runner all series and despite the whole Uptown Funk promo storm is STILL far out in front.
Its entirely believable and I've thought for some time Ben would win simply because he probably built a fanbase early on and thats normally a good start. We met the 'van driver' at his audition and people fell for him there. Fleur even Cowell said he didnt remember until judges house.
So where i imagine hes consistently polled well since the very first vote, Fleur has probably steadily climbed the rankings over other pre show 'stories' and has only just displaced Andrea in recent weeks.
The leak is about ensuring a closer final and making sure Cowell gets his chosen top 2 because the stats show there is definitely a chance for Andrea to break into top 2 and isn't the lame Final duck many assumed

No it doesn't. Stereo Kicks were the highest on the iTunes chart the week they were eliminated.

But it will be all about selling records after the show which is why Fleur is far more likely to do well whether she finishes first or second.
