If it is to survive, it needs a complete overhaul of the show.

I propose a new panel of Brendan, Ola, Anton and Aliona.

Brand new female dancers.

Keep the show on one night and end the pretence of the Sunday show.

It needs a refresh.

No Craig? No Bruno? No way!

I like Craig and Bruno but it's become a bit of a pantomime act along with big bad Len.

A fresh panel and make it about the dancing, not who they fancy or argue with.

with such brilliant ratings for such a long running show - why change the basic format ?? that panel would kill the show in weeks

I don't like Bruno and getting rid of him would be great.. and C. Winkleman really is a pest.. to put it mildly!!!..Get rid of her too...apart from that I love the show.

I just think it's getting stale.

There is a thread in the DWTS forum about Len's decision to leave the US Show.

Several people are saying that the show won't be the same without him, and seem to be regretting it.

Whether you like Len or not, he's a big personality in the show.

I agree with the comment about the Sunday show.

I'm sympathetic to #3 but realistically the Sunday show is too highly rated to drop.

It doesn't need to change at all it gets ten million viewers each week, it's the most popular Saturday night show, they will not change anything.

The " Sunday" show gets the best ratings of any show on Sunday night and helps spread airtime for the cost of the series, it's not going anywhere, and SCD can't have results on Saturday night due to X factor.

its an odd combination of a bit stale and a bit bloated. i wouldn't mind less of the added extras, the silly VTs, themes and props, acrobatic camera angles etc and a bit of a return to more actual info about the dances and the training. i think they can stop mixing up the pros for a while, but could probably swap out 1 judge, and much as i dislike len, it would be darcy as my top choice to be replaced bvy someone more familiar with the genre, maybe lilia or erin (but definitely not karen hardy...)

Agree, why change anything.? The show is beating X factor in the ratings week in week out. Simon Cowell is running scared wondering what he can do to improve the format of his show. Strictly is great saturday night entertainment. It has a winning formula.
