I suspect that if she had been in breach of her BBC contract then something would have been said by the BBC. But as the contracts are private we will not know.
I wonder if a contract like your one would stand up to a challenge in court? I can understand an employed expecting to benefit from activities related to work but I think they would find it difficult to justify that.





I hope it heals well and she is able to dance just as well as before. Say what you like about James, he is a very supportive husband indeed who loves her dearly - I'm glad she has somebody like that by her side.
