Talk Mobile/Carphone Warehouse
I have finally left this appalling company and their network but have a bill (expected) for breaking my contract early. I can't get in touch with them via the 0875 number they gave me to pay - they just cut me off. I tried another customer service number I found on their website - that cuts me off too. My partner went into the Carphone Warehouse shop and they couldn't contact their own customer service department either. I have 7 days to pay this bill and I'm not at all sure that a cheque would reach them in time. I am pulling my hair out. Any suggestions?
Just to add - give this company a big miss!

Surely you can get through if you try at different times of day? Try during office hours if possible.
Sounds odd to me, if you really can't get it resolved look up the details for their corporate head office and ask for the complaints dept. What was so bad about them that you needed to cancel mid-contract? |

they should not really be using that 0870 number anymore after the recent 08 number rules changes
a simple search reveals 020 3441 5550 from http://www.saynoto0870.com/numbersearch.php |

Aren't Talk Mobile and TalkTalk different things? A quick check of the Talk Mobile website brings up this: Quote:

Just an update - every number I tried was cutting off and I could no longer call 5888 from my mobile (I did try but it said you are no longer registered on this network). I finally dropped an email to their complaints department basically saying if they wanted their money they would have to contact me. They contacted me on Monday and said their phone-lines had been down all weekend but at least I was able to pay the bill which is what was worrying me.
