Simon was on Chris Evans this morning and it sounded like he'll definitely be doing the Argentine Tango as his choice. They didn't seem to know what the judges' choice would be though.

last year Susanna and Kevin's judges choice was the Quickstep - first tme round it had backing dancers in final it did not

If Caroline does her Charleston .. she'll need the backing dancers for sure .. unless the routine gets changed.
For all those saying that Frankie might not be able to do her Tango due to make-up etc - didn't Pasha go green in the final when he and Chelsee re-did their Jive? Or did he keep the ears and lose the make-up?
I can't remember properly, but if Pasha kept the make-up for the final then there's no reason why Frankie couldn't - it might just need to be a touch less than she had originally.
Please let Caroline have AS and Charleston - personally I'd say Mark's Jive was better than his Charleston and he has a bit more to improve there.

Thanks bendymixer, I'd forgotten that. I suppose Jason Gilkinson may have other ideas this year, we'll have to see.
I do hope we don't have the same situation as we had with Kimberley a couple of years ago where she was made to do the dance that landed her in the dance-off as judges' choice. That really isn't fair.

He was slightly green, but he just looked ill rather then look like shrek.
If she chose it for her favourite dance, like last years final it was the dance in the second show, so they may be able to do it in a quicker way possibly.

Big ask of the singer if they do the Tango again! Very hard to get the “money” note near the end of Defying Gravity! Didnt quite manage it before!

There was a big pro-dance earlier this year to Let it go, so I don't think they'd re-use it, at least not for a show-dance.
There seems to be wafting of fabric involved by the looks of an instagram video she posted earlier
I am scared for caroline and her showdance she is better at faster dances I hope she pulls off the slow

They can cope, it won't have anything to do with the singers how they decide.
Last years final, Natalie's AS was to dreamgirls, a pretty big song for them, but they did it twice.
I hope if Frankie does the tango again she has the full make up, I don't think it will have the same impact otherwise.
I don't like having a "judge's choice". They picked really odd ones for Susanna and Natalie last year. I'd prefer the couples picked their two favourite dances (as it used to be I think?).

I hope it's ok because Pashas last two Showdances have been pants. I prefer slow to frantic as long as it not like the Lisa & Brendan

To be honest I don't think "greenifying" could take much longer than some of the elaborate eye makeup they do with the crystals and everything. I'm sure if they decide to do the tango they'll find a way.

Frankie - I struggle to remember them to be honest. I do like her but all her dances blur into one. I think we only remember the Tango because she was green

Pasha's history with showdances is really, really NOT good . So I already have lower expectations for this one.
At the moment , I ONLY trust Kristina to deliver a good showdance; With Kevin and Karen it can go either way.
For the couples favorite dances, I want to see Simon's AT (SO glad that they choose that ) and Frankie AT/PASO or Tango....

good because my favorite dances of them are 2 of these 3.
I would love to see them do the Tango AGAIN.
Fred and Ginger style showdance for Frankie which is absolutely playing to her strengths, could be a showstopper
