One Plus One or another phone?
I am thinking of getting a One Plus One, but I am not sure about the quality of the customer support as has been mentioned in another thread.
The other phones I am also considering are Note 4, Nexus 6, Galaxy S5. What is the One Plus One One build quality like compared to the other mobile phones that I have mentioned. Thanks in advance. |

The customer support is absolutely horrendous.
The phone however is quite good. |

I have one and I can confirm the phone itself is really good, however I haven't had any problems with it so haven't had to contact customer support personally. They have said it's a priority to improve it (reddit AMA last week)

I got my Nexus 6 last week and have to say its been awesome. The phone is no where near as big to hold as its been made out. Its lightening quick, can get around 24 hours of battery when hitting it hard. The camera is actually pretty decent. The dual flash helps a lot. All in all I really like it. Seems a bit costly for an outright buy, but coupled with a sim only it makes a saving.

Its slightly bigger but the bevelled back and little Motorola dimple makes it good to hold. The OPO sits just as comfortably in the hand. My OH likes his OPO better. But i like the N6. Down to preference I suppose. I'm more comfortable with larger phones.

As long as you aware that it doesn't support the uk 800mhz 4g band that all uk networks hold and are rolling out.
