X-Factor band 'Only The Young' have released a mash up of Christmas singles.

Covering 'All I Want For Christmas' and 'It's Beginning To Look a Lot Like Christmas', the band have been getting in the festive spirit on YouTube.

that video flies in the face of those that claim they were constrained by x factor bosses and dictated what to sing. I'm guessing the video was done willfully by them? way to cringey and cheesy. they are annoying

Ugh, this. I threw a like their way for sticking together and at least trying, but I still find them unbearably corny. The 'OTY were thrown under the bus' claims are hilarious though, they got one of the best treatments on the show, and the cheesy way they seemed then is the same cheesy way they seem now.

The second they were pigeon-holed as a kids act they were restricted. Yes they're cheesy and corny but so are hundreds of past pop groups and they're not solely targeted at kids. It restricted their vote from the word go and so they were thrown under the bus, but helped along the way at the same time. In other words, keeping their vote under control.

I love them, this is fantastic and I hope they do well.
