I am here and gutted to have no acts left.

But I will be backing whoever delivers the best moments of the night.

As I said in the other thread - haven't managed to listen to any of the songs, written any comments and am on my mobile/ busy this eve.

As a result I can't comment and don't think it would be right to vote due to not hearing te other acts

I have Tom's first sets of comments and I hope that David can make an appearance at some point. My fault there... Well let's get on then!

First tonight, the theme is:

CHRISTMAS
The acts will be performing traditional Christmas songs because it’s that time of the year!

First up, it’s our lovely Aussie songbird...

Reigan Derry
Christmas (Leona Naess)

Tom's comment:

Reigan, an excellent performance tonight, each week you have grew and grew and you really do deserve your place here this week!! Well done you!! Best of luck for the rest of the show!

Reigan Derry
Reigan, I really liked that for you. It was a massive improvement from last week and your vocals were gorgeous. However, my problem with this is that the theme was for well known Christmas anthem sort of songs. We weren't allowed to use indie sort of songs. So for me, this was breaking the rules. Although, it did suit you very well, I just don't know if the public will like a rule breaker. I am excited for your duet though!!!!

Well Reigan, I don't think any of us expected you to make the final, but you are here and after that performance, you have cemented yourself as a worthy finalist once more. I really liked this calm and peaceful song choice that favored your voice. We may be starting and this may be a bit of a loose connection to the theme, but this was a great opener to the show. Nicely done, Reigan

The theme was Christmas and the song was called Christmas - if it was against the rules Jack should've said something

I know it was, but in the description it said it had to be a traditional Christmas song, hence why i couldn't use an indie song with 'Winter' in the title.

Well as I said if it was against the rules then Jack should've said and rejected the song - he didn't therefore it can't be against the rules

Ooh a rulebreaker in the Final? I did have a listen to the song and it seemed familiar to me so I allowed it through, but I was hoping for "traditional" Christmas songs - as we have coming right now!

Next we are heading to the first of two remaining girls in the competition...

Emily Middlemas
Oh Holy Night (Eisley)

*standing ovation*
Emily, a stunning vocal, I am so proud of you to get up there and sing a song, with such composure at the tender age of 16! I am so proud of you and I pray the DS public get behind you!!

Emily Middlemas
Emily, I really liked that. I am a massive fan of Eisley and they suit you really well. It suited your lovely quirky voice and it was a very nice spin on such a well known Christmas song. Yeah, that was a very nice performance and I am really excited for your duet which I hear is gunna be good.....Well, I hope it is anyways!!!!

Emily, that was absolute genius...even I couldn't have picked a song like that. This was a fantastic rendition of an old traditional and I would certainly listen to this again and again every Christmas time. I loved the performance that went with it and you were on top form. I am so looking forward to your next performance, this could be a great night for you.

oh sod this - Reigan withdraws from the final as it's farcical - if there were issues with the song then you should've said; you had long enough to - plus there was no time pre show to actually prepare.

Aw, don't be daft David. Jacka didn't say it was a rule breaker anyway so it won't affect anything anyway. And just base your votes off the whole competition if you want.

Weel I will not accept this withdrawal as there is nothing wrong with the song. As for having enough time to, I'm going to PM you my sole reason for not having the show ready for last night and hopefully you'll see why.

Blonde Electra
*Standing Ovation*

This theme was really tricky for you as literally nothing to do with Christmas suited you. However, the moment I found this for you, I just knew it would be perfect for you. Your vocals were gorgeous and the harmonizes were absolutely lovely. I love how fun it was aswell, whilst still having really great vocals etc. I am really proud of you girls and you have just proved why you deserve to be in this final. I am so excited for your duet which is really different to anything you have ever done and it is gunna be great!!!

Girls, who would've thought that a duo like you would be in the Final? Well, you have been progressing since halfway through and tonight, you're off to a fab start. I bet it was indeed a challenge for your mentor, but I don't think he should worry. I liked this song choice and I was impressed with the mash-up too. Certainly a unique performance and far away from what you normally do, but I think we're gonna have a special moment coming up.

Blonde Electra

Blonde Electra…okay, I did like that for you, using 2 singing girls was a tad predictable, but that being said, I really did enjoy it, and I am really looking forward to your other performance(s)!

The final Christmas performance comes from another of our lovely girls...

For this theme, I had to use a cover and I am obviously going to use a cover with 2 singers so it has harmonizes like you always ask for.
