I'm working *weeps* though I do work in a snooker club which has tellys and I usually manage to get Strictly on one of the smaller ones. So hopefully I'll be watching it sporadically and managing to vote when needed.

I'm out at a gig. So no doubt i'll see who the winner is on social media before i watch the show.
Not fussed really now Jake and Pixie have gone.

I am so loving this. I am imagining the conversation between you and the snooker club patrons etc to get the SCD final on their TVs. . I can't think of a more contrasting environment than a dark smoky snooker hall ( although I suppose they aren't smoky anymore) with a glittery. sparkly, slightly camp dance show.

I will be imagining you on Saturday night and hoping they accommodate you. Enjoy,

Having a Chinese and a few drinks with some friends, watching it round at their house.

I've watched every other final, so I'll be watching this one. Not particularly excited about it though. After a great start, it seems to have gone a bit flat this year.

Thank you!! I've managed to get it on a few times before! I had ITT on one day when it was quiet and some customers came in and went 'Is that Strictly?!' haha. It always does feel a bit out of place but half of them don't even pay attention to the tellys.

I shall be sitting in my chair, glued to the TV and voting for Caroline as many times as possible!

I don't have a TV. Anyone in the northwest want to take pity on me? I can bring booze!

Feel exactly the same. I'm not excited at all really. If real life wasn't so hard and boring at the moment, I would do something else.

And in previous years, when my life has been interesting, I considered Strictly important enough to prioritise.

I'll be at a mate's house, for our annual Strictly party! Though we haven't cottoned on to using paddles and collective voting... some food for thought there

I will be using my free votes online. Not sure who for until I see the dances, but (on form to date) most likely Caroline or Simon.

I agree the semi wasn't as good as I'd hoped, given how many really good dancers there seemed to be this year (when I compare it to the Matt/Kara or Chelsee/Harry years...) but I still can't wait

Enjoy the show everyone!

Brilliant! I didn't realise that. Have just suggested Strictly bingo (+/- drinking game) to my pals and I think we're onto a winner

On the strength of your posts alone Betty I would happily welcome you into my home without the boozy bribe. I can't think of anyone who would offer a more appealing companion to enjoy the final with. But alas I am significantly out of your way and I have a gig on Saturday.

Hope you find a place to watch the final and with people who love dance as much as you do. x

I'll be partying at the virtual Spoiler thread party, in my virtual ball gown, chatting with the regulars on the spoiler thread about each dance!

I'll also be posting the Spoiler Thread Awards results, so will be dishing out the virtual amazing awards to the lucky winners. Voting is tight so far!

Aw, thanks! The last couple of finals I've watched at a friend's house, but she has to spend weekends with her elderly father these days.

Anyway, all is not lost, apparently I can watch it on my boyfriend's tablet in my house (he has a TV license, but lives 200 miles away)! Can't watch it on my own though! The licensing laws are not keeping up with changing technology, this seems to be based on the days when you took your portable set on holiday in your caravan

BIB Best kind. Virtual ball gowns are so easy to maintain. Virtual dry cleaners cost virtually nothing.

On the sofa with my equally strictly mad daughter emoting our 'expert' opinions on each dance. This will be my last strictly viewing for the year as i refuse to watch BF on the xmas day show so making the most of it before setting my calendar in readiness for next year ballot for tickets.
