Three Home Signal issues

Over the last 24 hours or so my parents, my brother and me have been having strange issues with our phones. My phone and my brother's phone seems to maintain a signal but calls and texts will not work, however data does oddly (they are NOT connected to WiFi). Both mine and my brother's phone are Android phones. My phone however does display this message which refuses to go away: http://s4.postimg.org/kpur9ytz1/Scre...6_22_49_34.png

My parents iPhones however have no service whatsoever and will refuse to connect even when i attempted to connect them to a network manually: http://s4.postimg.org/x37lgvjnh/IMG_20141216_WA0000.jpg

We have rebooted our router, tried rebooting the Home Signal box itself and resetting it with a pin. All of which didn't work. Am now assuming it's an issue on Three's end. Anyone else having similar issues with their Home Signal box?

EDIT: Light on the Home Signal box is showing green oddly, despite the issues.

Mine has been working fine all day, and I tried a test call now, seemed to work fine too.

Full signal as ever.
