For the two dances I know enough about to judge the best I would say

Salsa - John Barnes
AT - Rachel Stevens.

But therein t]lies the difference between best and favourite. Rachel did the best AT in my opinion but its still not my favourite. That would be Karen and Ramps - for a number of reasons some of which had nothing to do with the dance.
