Regardless of his occasional slithery ways (and I don;t blame him at all for it- the Apprentice is a dog eat dog show), for me Mark is by far the best candidate from this series. I genuinely think there is a gap between him and everyone else.

Whether or not his business plan will trump the already lauded much vaunted plan from Bianca is another thing,

I really wanted Daniel to win so I was devastated when LS fired him and kept Mark.

I can't express how much I dislike Mark, he's the sort of person who would shit on anyone from a great height, including LS, and not think twice about it (I've met people exactly like him in business and I know what I'm talking about). LS would be wise to keep this in mind.

Was never a Bianca fan but would prefer her to win just so that Mark doesn't. Horrible, horrible man.

I think Mark was by far the superior candidate over the tasks (although him not managing to ever succesfully lead a team still means I don't think I have a full picture of his skill-set) but I find him glib and arrogant and his business plan unrootable (online marketing? yawn and ugh). Bianca on the other hand was a mixed bag over the tasks (crap saleswoman, but decent brander, very poised presenter, and the top performer out of everyone on the 9 Items Task) and I've always found her likable. Her interviews meltdown only sealed the deal. I'm rooting for her, but couldn't deny Mark on merit. Neither of them would be the worst winner of this era.

Both are strong but Bianca should win

Mark is a strong candidate but I really dislike how he seemingly deems it necessary to keep criticising other people's plans. If he was so confident in his all he needs to do is focus on selling it not slagging off other people's, leave that to a Sugar. It's almost as if there is some self doubt creeping in and he feels to deal with it he should put others down a peg

Bianca, who has resorted to not criticising others plans, is confident in hers and able to defend it. I also think she's a really nice person despite the efforts last night by the panel to paint her as some robot.

Sugar likes products rather than services so I think he'll be leaning towards the tights.

Bianca all the way

Mark has shown himself to be a slimy manipulative git all the way through, and LS would be daft to take him on as a business partner
Totally agree.

I'm a little confused about Bianca's product thought, probably my fault as I didn't listen properly. But what does she mean by "toned tights"? Tights are already available in every colour of the rainbow and hundreds and hundreds of patterns. Can anyone clarify?

She means flesh-toned tights for black women.

I think it's clear as day that Bianca should be the winner. I think her business plan sounds very good, and it sounds like she's thought it through extremely well. The prize is an investment in a business, so for this reason she should win it. She also comes across very well and seems like she could work with people. In terms of the tasks throughout the series, yes she made one vital mistake with the whole exclusivity thing, but apart from that she's been decent and has worked well with others. It really comes down to the business plan mainly, and I think she's got a well thought out idea/plan. With Mark, yes he has a lot of experience, but as a person I think he comes across as untrustworthy and a bit of a liar.

Dont like Mark at all but I will be amazed if he isnt chosen simply because there are bigger logistical issues with Biancas business in what will be a fairly niche market.

Give Mark a phone and a PC and jobs a good un.

Bianca.
(although I agree with comments here that a Daniel versus Mark final would have been something to watch ).

Mark's business plan is not that path-breaking. Anyone who works online should have an idea of the techniques he uses and it can also be a 'here today gone tomorrow' career as well.

Bianca- she has a good and interesting idea. Mark's plan is too ordinary.

Bianca for me.

I've liked her from the start plus I really want to see Mark fall at the final hurdle. His arrogance is so ugly.

To my mind Bianca's business plan has much the same of a problem as Roisin's, in that she's planning to start from the ground up in a business she's not involved in. Roisin's business would undoubtedly swallow Sugar's £250K pretty quickly with no return on investment, but so would Bianca's. They've not only got to pay out to source a manufacturer and do all the design and branding development, they've also then got to try and get the product on the shelves and market it. Who's to say that the big supermarkets and major hosiery retailers are going to allocate Bianca any shelf space in the hosiery section over the major players like Pretty Polly? If no-one is prepared to stock her product on the High Street, then she will have the same problem as Roisin, though the one advantage tights have over ready meals is that you can easily buy them online, so if Bianca sells via the internet on her own website or gets one of the main hosiery websites to stock her brand then she may do all right, but I can't help thinking Sugar would be taking a huge risk and it could be some time before Sugar gets his £250K back once all start-up costs have been taken into account. As an investor, he'd surely want to choose something that will get a return on his money straightaway, and not a couple of years down the line.

Mark is a much safer bet. He's basically sticking to what he knows, and if all his boasts stand up to scrutiny then Sugar will get his money back quicker.

Frankly though, I thought all five of the final business plans were pretty naff. It's almost like they think "Hey, I'll apply for the Apprentice" and then worry about what their business plan will be after they've been accepted and just make something up on the spot. Most of the investment ideas this year have been a joke.

If the prize had been the original job with Sugar and not an investment, then Roisin would have walked it. If I was investing, although as a person, I prefer Bianca over Mark, I think as a business proposition, Mark is the much safer bet. It will be interesting to see how Sugar sees it.

Bianca. Mark has manipulated the others throughout the process. Although Bianca has made some bad decisions, she certainly came across the better of the two during the interviews.
