Legs together

Ok so I know I am VERY late, but I've been busy at work and not had the time to skive onto this site.

A couple(?) of weeks ago when Pasha and Caroline finished a dance, you could overhear him say to her "legs together" as she got up from their end of dance hold. Then throughout the judges' assessment she was looking decidedly uncomfortable. At first I thought it was because she was worried she had messed up, but on reflection I wondered if she'd had a very unfortunate wardrobe malfunction?

Forgive me if you've already poured over this weeks ago, I did try to find a thread that related to this, but there was nothing in the titles that I could see.

Yes .. we did chew this over (poss in the Caroline's AT thread.) I think though it may just have been that Caroline was upset and Pasha was reminding her as her head was all to pieces. Not sure though as she definitely was tugging the dress down when Pasha picked her up in the Clauditorium but then Caroline is always tugging away at her costumes .. I don't think she's 100% comfy in sequins and sparkle.

Apparently all through the practices Caroline was forgetting to keep her feet together at the end of that particular lift, so Pasha was in the habit of saying "feet together" just to remind her. He said it loud enough for the mic to pick it up at the end of the dance.

When doing any kind of 'drop' in any of the dances, if the legs are apart it presents a really ungainly (to say the least) appearance. Think of it as sitting on a chair - legs together is ladylike, legs apart is ugly!

It's also the same when dancing - one of the celebs (think it was the Antiques guy) did cha cha cha steps with his legs so far apart it looked as if he was riding a horse ..... minus the horse!

In light of recent press speculation, Pasha telling Caroline to keep her legs together takes on a whole new meaning

There you are OP. Discussed, digested, cogitated, considered and then regurgitated and discussed some more.

I meant Caz n' Pash. Though now you mention it, Caz's legs (both of 'em) are not unpleasant to behold.
