Not surprised at all if the judges are going for dances where improvement was required, it was easily one of her worst. But the problem was the choreography as much as her, which is slightly worrying.
I'm more disappointed that Frankie won't be dancing any ballroom other than her showdance - ballroom is what she's good at and the final is supposed to be about showing what the celebrities can do!
I saw Frankie dance the samba on TV this morning but unfortunately that's the dance I really dislike and I want her to win. I always feel it's a messy dance however good it might be. So that might mean my vote goes elsewhere. Maybe Simon.
I liked Frankie's samba, it was full of authentic samba steps instead of the usual cop-out most of them do by making it a disco dance. But it hadn't been a good week for Frankie - for whatever reason - & they'd had limited rehearsal time. With more rehearsal I think it should be v.good. Problem might be that, like the rumba, samba doesn't seem to be popular with the viewers.

Just what my brother said Kaycee that it was one of the most authentic sambas he'd seen on SCD in a while and was only an hour or two's practice away from being a great dance - I just hope they don't play favourites and give the others dances they've had problems with
Caroline also said Frankie was opening the show, I guess the running order could be the order they were interviewed? Frankie,Simon, Caroline and then Mark, because Caroline had to leave before the interview ended. Just guessing though.

I agree. They'd have some choice for Caroline - none of her ballroom dances have been very good.
I do like Frankie, and I didn't find this dance too terrible however my evil self is sort of relieved as Frankie is Carolines greatest threat and this may help her race for the glitter ball!

I think Frankie was quite convincing - performance-wise - in her samba. I reckon she'll get "WEW what a way to get this party started!" comments and 9s. Ever the optimist, lol.
If true, I think it's a good choice. I'd really like to see if Frankie can improve her samba. I think it had the potential to be excellent, but looked a bit messy and there was rather too much skirt-swishing for my liking. It will never be HER dance but let's hope she learns to love the samba this weekend.

Opening and closing slots are the best slots and a samba is a party dance so it'll have impact. Think it's a good choice for Frankie as it only lacked a little refinement first time around.

The judges do seem to have been more picky regarding her faults at times, than they have with the others. But she's the only one of the 4 who hasn't been in bottom 2, so clearly has a following. I'd like to see her win (& Simon 2nd), but if DS is anything to go by, I don't think she will.

Inarguably great dances for Caroline but Pasha has form on showdances not being great. I reckon Caroline will win, Frankie and Simon fight for second place.
