The arrival of grey skies, wind and rain over the last two days has given me an autumny/wintery feeling and led me to check into this year's forum for the first time
The trailer for the Christmas special of Sherlock looks is great and gives me some optimism for this years schedules - I can imagine the BBC using the show as their centrepiece for promoting their shows this year, and it potentially being incorporated into some of the idents (a la Shrek in 2012, or Batman in 1991). Even though it's not a film as such, the Sherlock episodes are of film length and a high quality; also, since it's the BBC footing the bill, I see no reason why they wouldn't have made as much use of the idyllic, snow-covered, Victorian London setting as possible.
My run-up to last year was ruined by a load of financial/personal problems which are now behind me, so I will hopefully join in with the quiz and get my guess in for the cover this year (I can't remember what I thought it'd be but a child-like drawing of a girl holding a cat certainly wasn't it! Haha

)
I look forward to the usual mix of debates over scheduling, good and bad cover designs and whether Mrs. Brown's Boys is any good, as well as hearing what everyone is looking forward to - both on the screen and off!
Only (a minimum of) 144 days to go until it's out!
