Can I Suggest Marke09 considers starting a bew thread with a title that Mentions the Prize Winners.

Firstly the combined one, looks messy, disjointed, not clean and pristene.

Also if the title mentioned Prize Winning, It may stop intruders next year.

And finally, if the double edition of the RT uses the word lengendary, maybe the Thread should mention the Prize Winners.

As a regular for the last 3 or 4 years I would like to say (In Star Wars Style) "I have a bad feeling about that thread"

but Call the Midwife
Mrs Brown
Animated special
could be in doubt and may be moved to Boxing Day.

By the way I love Mrs Brown and would hate to not have it on xmas day so I prefer schedule 2”

Thought these would be quite fun to look at! All these were posted last December!

Quite sad that this thread is coming to an end! It has been great 'hosting' this thread for this community and although I don't post here as often as I would like (Except to have a friendly discussion with wizzy regarding CTM on Christmas Day ), I read this thread many times a day and its an absolute joy.

I think it's supposed to be like that, the background page colour is black (or possibly navy blue) and Capaldi is wearing the purple coat he wore in some of this series' episodes.

On another note all our Radio Times etc now have the wrong listings as ITV have altered their schedules!

All Star Mr & Mrs has moved from Weds 23rd Dec to Sun 20th Dec at 6.30pm with Jekyll & Hyde moving from that Sunday to Wed 23rd at 8pm

They should not be allowed to do that without good reason

Thank you for replying to my previous message - as forum regulars and two members who have been very vocal during the last 24 hours over the rights to host a thread etc. I thought I would see at least an acknowledgement from both of you.... I posted one a week ago which people chose to ignore too. It seems like hosting the thread is only important if you are part of the 'clique' ... maybe!!

I think this whole 'who hosts the next thread' is completely ridiculous. Anyone can start a thread, and anyone can contribute to it. Suggestions of boycotting etc are ridiculous.

The Independent Broadcasting Authority would never let ITV change their programme line up without a good reason, where as OFCOM let ITV do what they want.

I think there is a risk that some joker will create the 2017 thread in the coming days just to poke fun at us all for being so possessive over who starts a thread. Anyone else remember a couple of years ago when we had around three years' worth of threads on the go at the same time?!

Any Christmas shows going to make it on to that list?

On the Topic of Jeckall and Hyde, it is not s surprise its timing has been changed, as it sums up the mess the series has been as a whole.

Firdtly whoever thought it as family virwing foe an early Sunday evening slot, what for years, meant something verging on childrens/family drama slot. The first dhoe got loads of complaints, tgen it got delayed due to the Paris Attacks.

And now this 8pm on a Wednesday which seems more sensible.

It is like ITV put the show on, but had no idea what age range it suited. If it us being recommissioned, it needs to ve done witb a clear view.

Just popping in to say that this will be my final post in the 2015 thread. The RT is read cover to cover, the quiz is done, the cover competition put back in its box and Christmas TV on the brink of exploding! Thanks to all posters for making the thread so enjoyable and for having somewhere to go when you could be feeling better than you do! Thanks to everyone who joined in in my quiz earlier in the year, it will return once again for another 8 week run from August 21st. It seems to work as blocks of ten questions so I see no reason to alter the format.

I hope to continue chatting to you all in the 2016 thread, and despite some posters questioning our upset over the creation of it, it is still somewhere nice to drop in and chat. In the meantime, goodbye and thank you 2015 thread, the biggest thread so far, and a very merry Christmas to you all.

I would like, if I may, to second wizzywick's sentiments and to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and New Year. And sincere thanks to all the 'quizmeisters' for giving their time to give us some real fun. It's much appreciated and I'm looking forward to 2016's questions!

Talking of 2016, I'm upping sticks now and you will never hear from me here again, as I will be lurking, loitering and occasionally posting in the 2016 thread!

All the best,

Allan

It has been fun.
Although I'm still going to hang around here for a couple of more weeks.
