If you were to take them to court, and ask in a civil trial for the public vote to be released, they will never get them, and why not, where is the harm in releasing the votes after the show is over?
The Freedom of Information Act does not apply to Strictly, That opens the door to endless manipulation, not only do the judges have twice the power than the public does, but they can manipulate the numbers anyway they please. Don't think for a moment that they won't given the opportunity take out a celebrity that does not serve their purpose, case in point, Pixie and Jake, two celebrities that let them know from week one they would not be doing the tour. They were kept until the last possible moment, then got rid of them with opposite and incongruent excuses.
