Now TV XBone app has stopped working?

I've just swapped to BT from SKY and since the change my Now TV app on my Xbone no longer works....cant really see why and cant find any clues online?

It worked fine on Sky but wont work with the BT hub, saying "OOPS, we can't seem to get started."

Removing and reinstalling the app doesn't help and it works fine on my phone. Other streaming services work fine on my Xbox so it's not a port thing.

Only thing I can see is that the hub uses 192.168.1.254 rather than 192.168.0.1 but I don't see a way to configure the app?

Any ideas?

Also, **** you DS for the Dumb and Dumber advert turning my browser into a slideshow.
