Better find a time machine and see if you can go back and change history. You don't know if she would have won because you can't do that. It's over.

IMO that is two years running the best Dancer has not won but the good thing about the show being over is that there will be no more nasty jibes about Pixie on a daily basis.

An absolute joke was it? Fact is she didn't have the public vote in the week she went out so who's to say she would have got more votes in the final.
As for dancing ability Caroline got three perfect scores, pixie could have only equalled that

Historically on strictly the best technical dancers don't win, time for the pixie lovers to get over it.

Lets face it we all know Pixie should have won.

I wish the judges had picked the one where she slipped though, I would've loved to see that again.”

I'm so glad it's not just me who's noticed this!

Talent in itself doesn't win SCD. The celeb is still required to channel the talent into impressive routines.

Pixie's Rumba provided an early warning sign. When she stood up from the bed and walked towards the centre of the floor it offered the ideal opportunity to impress us all with the best leg-hip action ever delivered by a celeb. But she didn't have it then, or at any point in the routine.

For me she was another Natalie - deserving of a place in the final, but far too many routines flawed by a strategy of showcasing the technique she had when she first walked into the Training Room instead of demanding she master new technique.

No she wouldn't ...but she was still a better dancer than caroline.

Caroline seemed to escape the having danced before backlash which was mainly directed at Pixie - Pixie was unfortunate that Cha Cha came late on in the series for her, had it been earlier have no doubt she would have made final

As much as I love Pixie and still think she was robbed, I do think this is Caroline's moment and am genuinely delighted for her. They are both wonderful dancers and either would have been a worthy champion for me... does that make me weird!?

Incidentally I don't think Pixie would ever have won the series, for reasons I can't understand she just never quite seemed to connect with the public as much as Caroline did. Hopefully she's won over a few new fans (me for one!) and has proved herself to have another talent... its not all about the winning.

Why that should be, I have no idea because she is a lovely dancer and a charming girl. Nevertheless, those are the facts.

Of the final four, I thought Caroline was clearly the best. I am not knowledgeable about Dance (although my wife is, and she favoured Frankie), but I do know a good performance when I see one and Caroline certainly performed. Therefore, given that she was in no way responsible for Pixie's exit, Caroline is a worthy winner, and congratulations to her and Pasha.”

Couldnt' agree more!

The Trott stuff is maybe the most amusing bit of this series of SCD. The only way she could get attention towards the end was to do a crocodile tears bit after cocking her leg against her partner in a rumba. When you need to go that far to get attention it is time to go. It is strangely creepy how some folk just cannot accept facts and move on. It is better to accept the fact she was NOT in the final and nothing can change that. The judges put her into the bottom two, the public helped, and she got booted after a dance off. Her booting has not resulted in an increase in pregnancy rates in the over 70s, it has not caused rain to fall upwards and life still goes on. Adam and Eve got kicked out of the garden of eden after an inappropriate rumba (brucie was still in shorts then). These things happen - we accept with grace and forget it. We could all live life on what ifs but it isn't a recipe for success. You would be as well asking what would have happened had widdy been a slender pole dancer from Essex.

I find it equally as amusing and strangely creepy to read your patronising black or white, narrow-minded and ignorant comments. Apparently you are an authority on ... well, just about everything: when, clearly, there is little in the way of fact to support some of your statements which you often attempt to interlace with your parochial sense of humour

Let's face it if Pixie had been available for the tour she'd have been in the final at least.

I don't think Caroline's performance was all that good. In one of her dances in the final (I've forgotten which one by now), her face kept going slack, and then it was like she remembered the expression she was meant to be showing, and suddenly it appeared, only to disappear again a while later.

Wish I had a parochial sense of humour and even knew what it meant. Mine is just tw**ish, although I'm not immune to sending myself up. If you can't win an argument resort to humour, I say. There seems to be few come-backs then.

I shall wave my fairy wand and grant you your wish. Parochial = of the Parish, commonly used to mean narrow minded and limited in scope.

No we don't. I repeat - ugly leg shapes in non-ballroom.

She ended up in the dance off because of a lack of public votes plummeting her down the rankings. What makes you think she would have suddenly had a huge surge in votes in the final? And it would have had to be huge.
