I'm imagining Simon was second just like Kimberley was second 2 years ago and Natalie was second last year

I've asked some at work, I work at a college and there are many dance teachers and students (obviously) and some said they voted on the dance rather than the dancers.

I have asked a journo if he can try to find out the percentages as he did a few years ago and he said he would try... here's hoping ”

The radio times poll had no limit to the number of times you could vote.

Caroline was about 50% Frankie 40% and the men had 10% between them with Simon just ahead.

Why would you imagine that? Ok, he had the advantage (like caroline) of going on after frankie, but she beat him several times in the weekly voting, (as she had caroline too btw) So no, I don't think simon was that popular.....in fact he was dead lucky to be in the final.

It's like arguing the toss about who won a consolation prize lollipop. Futile and not important.
I voted for Frankie but accept with good grace it was not her night. The glitterball and the honours go to Caroline.
It was her night and her glory.
Who finishes second is an utter irrelevance imo.”

I disagree I think after some people have supported them for 3 months, voting watching the main show and ITT and following them on social media its a bit rude of the BBC not at least to tell us who came 2nd and 3rd.

Oh I didn't realise that!
It would've been interesting to see the votes after Mark left and after Simon danced his AT... just out of curiosity

How can you say "It had to be Simon"? I was using your method of thinking, i.e. we have no idea and never will so will take a stab in the dark.

I thought it was always leaked who came second. I'm sure it has been the two previous years.
