Iveta, though if male ringers continue to be rarer than hen's teeth, I'll be happy with another Markish comedy turn.

You don't quote me but I presume you're replying to me. I did say I may be wrong and I had forgotten about Ricky Whittle, it has been a while though in my defence.

I am starting my campaign for Natalie to win. She deserves it.

trent and tristran

trent was just starting to show what he was capable of choreography wise when they were cruelly cast out.

tristran never got a chance but looks able in the pro dances and I'd like to see what he can come up with choreography wise

Agree

I'd like Natalie to get someone good again as she has been so lovely about all her partners whatever their level of ability and I think she could produce some beautiful ballroom dances (within the rules) that were sorely lacking this year.

I'd also like Tristan to get a ringer as I really like his personality and attitude towards the show (I love his honesty in the interviews on his fan site) and I would like to see more of him next year. I feel bad for him that he always had the 'older lady' on DWTS and has joined Strictly for seemingly more of the same.

Natalie, Aliona, Joanne to get celebs with a bit of rhythm to get something out of them & Tristan although I think he has a specific role.

I found Pixie and Trent a bit vanilla, for want of a better term. Pixie and Tristan would have been far more interesting. Tristan probably only got Jenny as they trained in Dublin. He most definitely needs a decent partner next year. Jo as well, hire a World Champion and we barely see her.

eventually maybe, but i'd like to see what more he is capable of first. i think he has the potential to be perhaps the best male dancer and choreographer of the pack.

Yep, I agree with those that said Tristan. Found him really endearing this series and will admit to spending more time watching him pull funny faces in the background, rather than the couple being interviewed post-performance

Yeah, it's a similar situation for Natalie and Iveta really, who are both pretty tall, especially Natalie. I can't imagine either would be paired with anyone shorter and unfortunately the taller guys don't usually turn out to be the best dancers.

Anton.

I'll say nothing more.

what a waste of a ringah giving them Anton - then again one way of handicapping them

On later thinking I don't think "Ringer" is the right word. Ringer induces negative responses. "Able celebrities" would have been a phrase.

Yeah by rights he should get ann widdicombe next year if the pendulum of ringerdom swings equally as far back as it swung forth for him this year.

Pasha will probably get the dud to end all duds next year.

Tristan, I'd like to see more of him, Natalie because it has been a while and she's paid her dues, and Brendan before they retire him.

I'd give a dud to Kevin, Pasha and Joanne.

Robin might be due one if he comes back, although he does seem to be a specialist in bringing out the best in women of a certain weight and / or emotional intensity. Aljaz is quite good with this group of women, too.

A ringer would be wasted on Anton.

Pasha should most definitely get an out-in-the-first-three-weeks dufferina or the equivalent of Alison.

Brendan probably not be back.

Kevin - dufferina

Tristran - ringer.

Trent and Aljaz - pot luck.

Female pros:

Kristina - duffer.

Ola: gone

Natalie, Karen and Joanne - ringer

Aliona, Janette and Iveta- pot luck.

It's difficult for the female pros if the male intake doesn't include a boyband member or gymnast because the days of older guys (25+) winning Strictly are probably long gone

Jo, Natalie, Janette & Ola's replacement should be given the most likely Males. Aliona one with potential given the right teaching.

Tristan, Trent, Alijaž & Brendan most likely Females. Robin one with potential given the right teaching.

Joanne and Tristan for me - both new this year and we hardly saw them. (Ok, Joanne hung around for a while, but it would be good to see what she can do with somebody with a bit more potential) and Aliona must be due a better run, she's been first out 3 years running now (or would have been if her injured ankle hadn't intervened).

Although it's not necessarily the biggest ringers that win - DVO and James anyone? - because we, the GBP, are inclined to support the underdogs/journey contestants/people we know off Eastenders (or any other show)/vote with our ovaries (in the case of ladies of a certain age) rather than the 'best' dancers!
