So apparently my hub is a type a and refuses to port forward. It's a known issue with the home hub 3 therefore if you want to open ports, you need a type b. Is this right?!

Thinking of buying a home hub 4 on eBay as BT refuse to give me an upgraded one.

Any ideas if the above is alright?
